my glass measures 200ml
For the dough:
2 glasses of water
1 glass of Milk
1 teaspoon of sugar
Half fresh yeast (20g) or 1 packet of dry yeast (8g)
About 800 g of flour
1 teaspoon full of salt
For the minced meat sauce:
2 large onions, finely chopped
500g of minced meat
1 teaspoon full of red pepper concentrate
2 teaspoons full of tomato paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder, pepper and salt
Add about 2 glasses of water, in a controlled manner, it should have a sauce consistency.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter at the end of cooking
