Dishonorable mentions I can think of that would fit: - His attitude during the parade on the Valentine's Day episode - Thinking he "helped" SpongeBob get out of his wringer he he ends up gluing him to it - Making SpongeBob's insomnia worse (similar to what he did for his oral report one) - Scaring/torturing Squidward for his ink to make black lemonade - Annoying Squidward (multiple episodes)
What I don't understand is why doesn't SpongeBob just ask Sandy to watch Gary for him since she is far more responsible, knowledgeable, and more level headed than stupid Patrick? Not only that, but she is an animal lover too. At any rate, I guarantee you she would do a far better job in watching Gary than Patrick and Squidward did in their respective pet sitting episodes.

12 is WAY too low. While the holiday is called No SpongeBob DAY, it's specifically stated by SpongeBob himself that they were gone for weeks. I think anyone would think something was wrong in this situation.

The Reasons SpongeBob should end his friendship with Patrick because he tried to hunt him, ditching him in Rock Bottom and leaving on a bus without SpongeBob, embarrassing SpongeBob, dumping all the work on him, getting him in trouble at school, taking part in National No SpongeBob day, leaving Spongebob in rhe Tanning machine, getting the Mermaid Man and Barnacle boy card number 54 that SpongeBob wanted and mistreating it, making bad situations worse like impersonating a doctor in suds and The Splinter, causing SpongeBob to get more stuck by putting forever glue on the wringer, making SpongeBob’s insomnia worse and going on a Karate rampage and causing mayhem in Bikini bottom and endangering Gary

In episode where spongebob and squidward watch the concert, not only patrick. .the squidward's clone also annoying. Somehow, they also look like hating spongebob. When patrick disturb the concert they just happy for that.
The most heartbreaking part about this Top 10 list from WatchMojo is that Patrick is supposed to be SpongeBob's best friend since childhood, yet in these moments from SpongeBob, Patrick ends up being the EXACT OPPOSITE of a best friend to SpongeBob. I like when Patrick went on a rampage on the Valentine's Day episode but he went too far in being worse and destructive because he thought Spongebob didn't get him anything for Valentine's Day and he didn't even bother turn around to see his gift until Sandy showed up. And he said Spongebob didn't have to get him anything. But doesn't change the fact he turned into a monster and tried to attack Spongebob and the carnival and he even scared his best friend and everyone else.
SpongeBob’s plan was to meet Sandy at the Ferris wheel and that plan backfired because Sandy got attacked by scallops and that is why Sandy showed up late at the carnival

They became friends before season 4. I mean, in the first 3 seasons the moments Patrick was a jerk were pretty rare.

I like when Patrick went on a rampage on the Valentine's Day episode but he went too far in being worse and destructive because he thought Spongebob didn't get him anything for Valentine's Day and he didn't even bother turn around to see his gift until Sandy showed up. And he said Spongebob didn't have to get him anything. But doesn't change the fact he turned into a monster and tried to attack Spongebob and the carnival and he even scared his best friend and everyone else.
SpongeBob’s plan was to meet Sandy at the Ferris wheel and that plan backfired because Sandy got attacked by scallops and that is why Sandy showed up late at the carnival
