Chillingham Castle is thought to be one the most haunted castles in England. Here is my overnight Chillingham Castle Paranormal Investigation. In this video I visit some of the castle's most haunted places and conduct EVP and Spirit Box sessions to attempt to communicate with the Chillingham Castle ghosts.

That voice that sounded like a woman saying "please stop" sounded like she was in pain - I could hear the desperation in her voice. Thank you for your investigation. I want to go there and investigate too.
That is the most disturbing spirit box response I have ever captured. I can hear the emotion too and it makes me feel a little sick/gives me chills when I replay it. Especially knowing the history of what went on inside the castle! It is an amazing place to visit, stay and investigate and I really hope you get the chance to one day soon! 🖤🖤🖤

I live around 15 miles down the road from Chillingham. It's pronounced Chilling-AM, the H is silent. Also, when you're trying to reach the spirits of those who died hundreds of years ago, I doubt they understand modern slang like 'hanging out' and 'hanging around'.
Hey Karen! You live in a great area! I'd love to be so close to a place like Chillingham Castle! I really enjoyed my visit. Thanks for the correction. I think this might just be me getting the accent wrong, haha. Although I do talk to my audience with 'modern slang,' I always try my best to address potential spirits in clear, easy to understand speech, which I think they'd be able to comprehend. I even went as far as to reach out in Spanish during my investigations in Central/South America (though I am honestly hopeless at speaking it). You'd be fatuously full of shit, then, as language and even languages aren't pertinent when communicating with spirits. Chilling-HAM is actually correct just not local dialect. Straighten your idiom.

I don't know if you heard but when you were talking to "Adam" and asked Who hurt you I heard the word SAGE. John Sage was chief torturer at Chillingham. Also on the devils walk Hundreds of Scots were told they were free but when they were walking along the devils walkway crossbow and longbow men shot down from the castle wall and killed them all.Finally, the little dungeon under the small dungeon floor is called the OUBLIETTE and the bones are that of a small girl which have never been disturbed. Great video of one of my local castles, oh and my digital camera batteries went flat as soon as I walked through the gate!!

Amy I think the spirits know your name now! The dungeon after midnight and 80 ghosts WTF. The devils walk and all the little red lights what do you think they were? I absolutely loved that and I have to admit I was a bit worried when you walked off the devils walk path I thought you weren’t going to make it to the end in the pitch black. I think one of the torturers of the castle I believe was named John and and he was injured in a war and he couldn’t move one of his legs too well so it was said that he would drag his foot along when he walked. It is said that The Rack was his favorite method of torture.
I learned that when Scariest Places on Earth were three years ago.

Hey really good video, I have been here a few times and jeez it's so in the middle of nowhere it is a really scary place. I am commenting whilst watching and I feel 🤒. Was thinking about doing an overnight investigation as it is certainly a place where something would happen but after watching some of these investigations it's a place where no one could hear you scream 😱
You're right, it really is in the middle of nowhere!!! When we stayed there, we didn't know this and nearly went hungry because there was nowhere to buy food nearby 😂 There was a pub that we ended up finding, but tip for anyone staying the night is to bring groceries!!! 🖤🖤🖤

Chillingham is not in London, it is in Northumberland. We have quite a few cancels here with a history of violence so no doubt quite a few will be haunted.

That isn’t the real torture chamber. The actual torture chamber was covered over by the floor in the cafe
It's (the hole in the floor) called an "Oubliette", means to forget. If you didn't die after being thrown down there you risked being eaten by something or someone else, alive.
There are eighty ( 80 ) spirits in their.

I actually felt nauseated when you were in the dungeon...and it went away once you left . Did you feel anything weird physically when you were in there?? Strangely, I didn't feel much whilst in the dungeon, yet whilst editing my footage I felt a little sick. I live about 25 miles away from Chillingham, and have never been there! After watching this and other videos of the castle I'm determined to go and stay overnight. Do not believe the ghost angle, but it will be great for local tourism.

I know! Super spooky in there! I believe it was Edward I. I know he was quite a brutal man but not sure how much he would have been involved with the executions. There were a lot going on because of war between the English and Scottish. The castle was even attacked by William Wallace (Braveheart). Thanks for watching, appreciate it! 🖤🖤🖤
