Agar apki gadi puri theek hai or paper work pure hai to koi bhi apka challan nahi kat sakta. Phir kuch bhi chala rahe ho bike, car, truck.
1 case bata to agar apke pass bike or car ke pure papers hai or challan kar rahe ho bahut rare honge. Pada likha koi apna aise hi challan nahi katwa sakta hai.
