And that is a proper American laundry room! (All it is missing is the dog wash! LOL) The views are just stunning as well, and the pool area so pretty - the wood decking is much easier on bare feet than hot concrete or stone would be! Nice camerawork by the way - steady and calm. That isn't always the case in these realty videos where the narrator is doing the camerwork.. and your choice of music is just perfect. I really appreciate that you took the time to show us up close details - the door frames, the old sink, the archives cupboard, the stonework carving under the window .... Thank you again! This is a beautiful home with perfect attention to details. Unfortunately it is more than my husband and I can use as we have no children and have a large home and land in Texas. Good luck in selling. Fabulous!
Beautiful property! We stayed here as guests a few months ago (in the guest house). The scenery is amazing and you immediately feel relaxed and at home.
Beatiful houses, great traditional details and finishes and those stone walls in the contrast with naked wood is so glad. The entrance by the kitchen is a huge mistake in the renovation design. That backsplash is not for the house, open shelves are useless and get greasy; and there´s a problem with the inexistent shower in the first bathroom (hand shower is not the same). The mistakes are in the most expensive areas: kitchen and bathrooms.
Fantastic. Do you actually have any properties that the ordinary person could afford ? Working class people don’t have this kind of money. As you NO DOUBT know , working class folks work for peanuts ( metaphorically speaking ) on rubbish contracts usually, so could you look around for us lower waged folks please ?
