Ben, you didn't mention 5 yr 100000k warranty or blue link app that allows you to lock unlock your car start or stop it remotely change the temp, and start the heated steering wheel. The fact the full steering is heated the motion sensor that detects motion inside the car so you never forget a child or pet in the car. Front and second-row seats are not just heated but also vented for hot summer days. I just started at Hyundai and I am blown away at all the extras that come standard before you step up in trim levels. Blue link (their app is free for 3 years and roadside assistance is a full 5 yrs as well. You also didn't mention that they come with assist so the breaks will automatically be applied if you go to make a unsafe lane change get too close to a car. they sense motion when backing up in case of people walking behind you and it will warn you when exiting if it unsafe because of traffic. That it can tow 5000 lbs
Love your reviews. I TD’d this and noticed the glare on the screen but it’s the protective film. Remove that and it’s all good.

@@maga6319 lol at this point I have to admit the hyundai is nicer than the ford. The taillight placement on the santa fe is making me sick, otherwise I really like this santa fe. Hyundai has come a long way since the excel first came to the US.
Nice video. Korean vehicles have come a long way in trim and quality. Demand is so good that some dealers have added a market adjustment.
No lots of problems. Engine and fire issues. Lots of recalls that’s not covered by the media. This car already has engine issues.

that "glove box light" button is actually for that upper glovebox. its a UV sanitizer for anything you put in that upper glovebox

Ben what you’re not taking into account when pulling luxury buyers is the customer service and service. I would not trust Kia or Hundae to change the oil in a new car. Service experiences are beyond atrocious. I had 3 brand new 2022-23’s. Their service departments were horrible. Twice putting wrong oil in vehicles and in all sending me out the door with new problems they created attempting to perform warranty updates. Forget the ten year warranty their service departments are so bad you will pay to have car fixed elsewhere. You are 100% on your own if anything needs service or a basic oil change.
