In this cooking youtube video i have shown how to make biscuits at home without oven bakery jaisa biscuit ghar per kaise banaen. These eggless cookies are very tasty and easy biscuit recipe without oven. You can call it as Atta Nankhatai biscuits. It is crispy buttery in texture and have melt in mouth feel. You can make these eggless nankhatai recipe within few minutes. In this video i have shown two ways to make it, first with oven and second without oven also. Nankhatai Ingredients
This recipe will make 9- 12 Nankhatai, depends on size you make
1 cup/120 gram gehu atta, whole wheat flour
1/2 cup ( 60 gram ) Besan, chickpea flour
1/4 cup ( 40 gram ) sooji, semolina
1/2 cup chini pisi hui, powdered sugar approx 100 gram or as per taste
1/3 Cup/60-70 gram Ghee or Butter in soft solid form
2 tbsp roughly chopped pistachios
2 tbsp fine chopped pistachios
2 tbsp gunguna doodh/warm milk
10-15 kesar dhage/saffron strands
1 tsp hari ilayachi, green cardamom powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Oil to grease plates
