This is a HUGE elevator. A compact or even a sedan car could probably fit in this. This is certainly relay-controlled. This also has the Otis Vanity Buttons, which are neat.

I’ve been in this machine room, the controller for this elevator was siting in England unused and was sent to the MOA! It’s from the 1950’s. It has a pie selector as well.
