But there are so many schools of thought on this topic, from what type of business should it be… all the way to… should you even take the time to register a corporate structure? I went with an LLC structure for my Truck Dispatching Business for the protection of my personal assets. Single member LLC is the best structure for my starting business at the moment due to me being the only member apart of the business at the moment.
I will make my Landscaping business an INC structure. I’m not sure why just yet. Gotta finish watching the video and researching 😂
I want to grow that business so big I’m all over the state of GA and even in different states. I want to offer so many different services such as lawn maintenance, landscaping installations, Landscape construction (building fences, decks, outside home remodeling, etc), handyman services (plumber, painting, in home remodeling). So, I will need a huge crew to make teams to go out and work. 🙌🏽

what's the process to change from a sole proprietorship to a llc if I have not yet obtained a TIN?
When you convert from llc to s corp, do you need to chanfe your business name to drop the "LLC" part if the name?
I think mine will be an LLC. I’m starting as a Loan Signing Agent. I may eventually turn it into a partnership with my daughter, but I’m not sure yet.

I don't have the registration with the secretary of state, I wanted to go non-profit. Not LLC..? CORP.
Doing an LLC you have to find a Registered Agent, right. I've been approached by Inc 1000 to register my business and for them to be my registered agent. I just don't know. I think local RA would be best. What do you think 🤔?

Yes ma'am....keep in mind... you have to pay yourself as a W2 with an SCorp as well. And the amount has to be "reasonable". But for federal tax purposes, you can simply make an election for the LLC to be taxed as an S Corporation. All you need to do is fill out a form and send it to the IRS
