My 1st car was a 1968 Impala 2door hardtop with the 307 engine..I'd take that car on if I had the money just to buy the car. The one I had was blue with lite blue interior and the body was good but even in 1977 the car needed work cause the engine was sick, which a high performance cam and heads, used of course, fixed the engine with a 4barrel intake. If I'd have to make each panel for this 68 Chevy I'd do it and make a daily driver, nutn fancy, just dependable is all I would do to it..I paid 190 dollars for the 68 Impala I bought in 1977 it ran and drove but it didn't have very much power even after tuning it and all that so I first pulled the intake and valve covers, after I noticed the lobes on the cam I went to a friend and we got busy and the engine sounded strong and ran strong for just a 307 that wasn't worth a dam in the 60s and GM drops em in big ol Impala's lol. A 250 straight 6cylinder engine would've been better but we brought the 307 back to life and I drove it until 79 and sold it and bought a 4door hardtop 68 Oldsmobile Delmont or something like that. It was different lookn and I had to have it cause a set of keystone rim's and Mohawk tires it was a sleek lookn ol car with dam good zip to it but I couldn't tell what size engine was in it. Big block 350 I suppose cause the ol car ran really good

I can relate my 1st car was a 68 Impala fastback and it had the 307 but it drove like a caddy and I'd love to have it back these days for sure 👍

I was skeptical about watching this one, by the second car I was sure it was a vid on parts cars alright.

Scrap metal and title problems. The sellers will get to renew their vows with their cherished rides - because no one will be stepping into their delusion land.
