    Dal Moong (Split Green Gram) Recipe
    Ingredients:
    - 1 cup Moong Dal (with skin)
    - 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
    - 2 tomatoes, chopped
    - 2 green chilies, chopped
    - 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
    - 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    - 2 tablespoons oil
    - 2 cups water
    - Garnish: Green chilies, methi powder, onion rings, mint leaves
    - Serve with: Achar (pickle) and roti
    Instructions:
    1. Preparation:
    - Soak the moong dal with skin for about 1 hour.
    - After soaking, wash the dal thoroughly. The skin will come off during this process. Discard the skin.
    2. Cooking the Dal:
    - Heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat.
    - Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until it becomes fragrant.
    - Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, salt, and red chili powder. Cook until the tomatoes become soft and the masala is well-blended.
    - Add the washed dal to the masala and sauté for 2 minutes.
    - Pour in 2 cups of water, stir well, and close the lid of the pressure cooker.
    3. Pressure Cooking:
    - Cook the dal under pressure for about 10 minutes or until the dal is soft and fully cooked.
    4. Garnishing and Serving:
    - Once done, carefully release the pressure and open the lid.
    - Garnish the dal with green chilies, methi powder, onion rings, and mint leaves.
    - Serve hot with achar and roti.
