    Nice one. What if i factor the weight of the tank into the imposed load on slab, will that be same thing as applying line load?

      Factoring weight of tank into imposed load may work as an alternative loading method which wouldn't necessarily reflect in the Structure visually and effectively. Also it may cause rc slab overstressed.
