Hi all! We're currently in a transitional period before introducing you to the new additions to our react crew (2 of them being the percussionists in this video) and starting Season 7 of "Classical & Jazz Musicians React"! But since BM was curious what our reaction would be to ICKY, I grabbed part of the crew and tried to get their reaction out ASAP for him!

Thank you so much for this reaction video! As a fan of KARD, one of my favorite things to listen to is the difference in flow of BM’s verus Jseph’s rap. I knew that BM’s flowed used a lot more triplets but it’s awesome to learn a little bit more of the theory and terminology behind that. KARD has a lot of Latin/Caribbean-inspired music (reggaeton, moombahton, etc.), so it was awesome to hear the crew pick up on that and give specific references.
Thank you for working hard to provide content for us!! I hope BM enjoyed the reaction 💗 I thought it was cool to learn about percussion instruments that I wasn’t familiar with
This channel is hitting its stride, Umu. I thought you were at a peak with the Sam Kim interview, but if you can hang with BM and jam with Lee Jinah, then you are truly living my dream life.

5:40 When Kevin says the song reminds him of latino pop music, specially Brazilian pop music, that's because Kard has a huge fanbase in Latin America. Some of their songs have Spanish and Portuguese words, and always have some regatton, Brazilian funk and lots of other latin music influences. We really jam to their songs.

I attended KARD’s concert recently and the feeling of this song was on another level
A. KARD being the iconic co-ed group and delivering cool adult-oriented songs is an awesome thing to see in kpop always.
B. BM is like a hard-working rolemodel and is always humble. "That tall cool guy"
C. Can't deny the fact that this song is seductive and tense to my ears and eyes.
I love that their response to BM’s request was more focused on evaluating his flow than the lyrics 😄✨. Plenty of other channels have done that already. I know people love lyricism, but fully appreciating the technical talent in is a breath of fresh air. 😌
Ah I’m so proud of all of you 🥲🤍 I’m just now realizing that we’re at a point where you’re all collabing with producers/kpop idols/artists more and more as the channel continues to grow. I remember having my internal celebrations whenever idols would interact or give a shout-out to the channel but boy am I stoked to see what else is in store for the future! KARD are the latin american kpop, the influence they get from brazilian funk and reggaeton is something different because no other kpop group can do the same as them.

@@ReacttotheK no. It derives mainly from dancehall, reggae and hip hop. It also takes elements of other caribbean and latin american styles of music. Saying it has spanish influence it's far from accurate.
