Great tutorial, thanks!! I've had to use it a couple of times. My #2 just keeps "falling out of sync". Who knows why. Doing this has always brought in back into sync, but not anymore. Any ideas? I tried calling the customer service number you listed below and just got a generic voicemail when I pressed one for technical support saying they weren't available. First world problems, right? Good video but I have a different problem with my PRIME HLRC23PK. My remote is pairing fine on all 3 channels and 2 of the receivers are working perfectly. But the receiver on channel 2 shuts off within a second or 2 after I turn it on even with nothing plugged into either outlet. Is that fixable?
I had to do it a few times. It's like soon as you plug it back in push the battery case closed. Hold the off to it then press on. I had the lamp already plugged up with it so I know it'll work hope it works for you

Tried pairing and still nothing, do you hold the on and off together or what, the receiver is blinking, then goes out

If you had the same remote yes there are syncing instructions but we do not sell or have an additional remote for purchase

But what if the light on the box that go’s too the socket ever flashed or anything
Either the socket don't work or the switch for the socket not on the light on the power thing goes fast when you plug it up
Please try replacing the battery to your remote and then resyncing the remote to the receivers

you can just use one. The remote will handle up to 3 receivers but you are at no obligation to use all three.
