Have you used the redgear pro wireless controller? How does it compare to stellaris? How much of a better experience can we get in terms of racing games like forza. I havent seen the video yet so appologies if u do cover this as well in the video
I used that gamepad 5-6 years ago, stellaris has better triggers, hall effect + linear. You can also use gyro in racing games using steam input :

I haven't used it, someone mentioned in indian gaming Subreddit page of importing that gamepad and not paying any custom duty. Purchased it from gamesir website.

I really haven't tested many expensive gamepads. Kk3 max is enough for my usage. You can look into flydigi apex 4 .
Can you use controller(Bluetooth) and headphone(Bluetooth) at the same time in PC? I have severe latency issue and disconnect issues.
Yes, largely depends on your bluetooth's module. My motherboard is msi b450 pro carbon ac, built in Bluetooth v5.0 .
anything after bluetooth 5.0 should be able to support multiple devices at the same time. So just make sure you have bluetooth 5.0 or above

Quantum is the PlayStation version of this gamepad, stellaris is an xinput controller. Works as an Xbox controller on pc.

Steam doesn't detect it as a PlayStation controller though upon switching the modes, just as a saitake generic controller.

Yeah the bumper buttons use microswitches, they are accurate. Highly recommended for souls games

This is such a great and detailed video. Which gamepad would you recommend between stellaris and xbox gamepad in terms of reliability?
Theoretically, sticks of stellaris should last longer but xbox controllers are less prone to stick drift than dualsense. Xbox controller is the GOAT if you consider ergonomics / latency / durability. Microsoft not adopting gyro is a bit questionable. Xbox One s controller had a latency of around 9ms only in Bluetooth mode, my unit developed stick drift after 4 years of heavy use.

Ive heard the new controllers are more prone to stick drifts than the older models. (Source: reddit, also didn't find a detailed long term review anywhere)
I read that somewhere as well, already used Xbox controllers many times before so went with Gulikit kk3 max.

It's covered in the video, gamepadla test was conducted and input response shown. Gamepad is fine for games that require fast response like elden ring. Time will tell about its durability.
How to open Steam big picture mode using controller on PC?
Connect it to pc in ios mode. When steam is running in the background, you can open it by pressing the home button once. Now press the home button twice to open steam big picture mode .

Dualsesnse has many unique and advanced features but it doesn't have hall effect sticks. Prone to develop stick drift within a year of heavy use. No xinput mode so easy to not recommend it to pc gamers.

Stellaris is an xinput controller, native supported by pc games. Quantum isn't, it will work as a ps4 controller, rely on 3rd party software like steam input or ds4windows to work with pc games.

It received a new firmware update, wired polling rare increased to 1000hz . Works fine even in Bluetooth mode though, input delay shouldn't be a problem, it depends on many other things as well.

@@GamingDJ4u Is that controller good for FPS shooting games like warzone , apex coz it has 0.1 percent error so Idts that there would be any problem with it .
Good for shooters but a mouse is recommended, any half decent gaming mouse will give you a better gaming experience.
Can I map "rotation of R3" on macro buttons?
Rotation of r3 Or right stick? R3 is just a key function, can't be mapped to the macro buttons. Movement of sticks can be recorded as a macro but it's not very accurate.

No information on that , should be the case as it automatically stops charging on full battery.

You can map them to the backgrip buttons of xenon, not possible in the case of stellaris.

Try resetting the gamepad, can be a hardware defect as well. Claim the warranty in that case.

I don't own it, it's just PlayStation / dinput version of this controller. Pc gamers should always go for an xinput controller, also I prefer the Xbox style asymmetric sticks.

How's the battery performance? Any avg hours?
Used it for about 10 hours with all rgb lights and rumble enabled, about 50% charge was remaining. Battery backup better than dualsense.
Because dualsense controller runs on 800-1000hz polling rate wirelessly

I don't recommend gamepads for any shooting games, any half decent gaming mouse is better than gamepads.

Stellaris is cheaper and has hall effect sticks, there's nothing to gain from getting an Xbox controller now. It always had amazing sticks compared to Chinese gamepads but with the introduction of hall sensing sticks, the scenario has been changed.
How is it feels compared to Xbox 360 Controller?
2 decades old 360 controller? I used xbox one s controller before stellaris, both have the same ergonomics, better buttons on Xbox controller. Don't like clicky microswitches for bumper buttons. Stellaris has better sticks and tons of more features like macros / turbo / gyro / hall effect sticks and triggers. You can see the Circularity test comparison here at 20:27 .

Wired, 2.4g and Bluetooth modes supported. Hall effect sticks + macros + gyro + replaceable sticks. So yes it's better than ares.

No gyro on Android. Dualsense is one of the best gamepads in the world. 1000hz polling rate on pc platform via bluetooth , very responsive input with accurate sticks. It suffers from stick drift issue which makes it difficult to recommend. Planned obsolescence by sony may be?

Stellaris gyro is decent as well . Doesn't skip motion tracking . Don't have any ios device to depth .

Stellaris is an xinput controller, will work with games on pc out of the box that support Xbox controllers. Quantum is a PlayStation controller, 3rd party softwares are required to get it working with pc games.
