These opening songs are so grand they just require a full orchestra and choir, but even when the stage is not as big as here, he always tours with a string quartet at minimum. Brilliant composer and performer - when someone writes that good music and is that irresistably charismatic on stage, it's hard not to love him. And yet, way too few people outside of Japan even know about his non-anime-or-game-related music.
@@Jhulian_R Yes he is - Revo, the lead singer with sunglasses, is also behind the composition, lyrics, arrangement, production, everything. Linked Horizon in itself is less of a "band" and more like Revo's personal project which the other musicians are guest performers in. (He doesn't always sing himself, there are often guest vocalists too for songs that aren't in his range, but he's usually on stage in some form, for example playing an instrument - believe or not he's really good at accordion.)

Just to clarify, 99% of anime music have full versions (TV versions, what we usually see, last 1:30 so it is not the full song). In this concert they played the full version for both OPs. Also, greetings from a fellow Colombian!!!

The narrator is half German half Japanese, he has been working with Revo(the singer/composer) for various pieces
