One little thing I found helped a great deal for covid (lungs, detox, clarity of mind, potentially cardio scar tissue healing) was an all natural mineral supplement called MSM sulphur crystals. One of the most abundant minerals in the body but it’s also not found in our soils as much as it could be. I could breathe better almost instantly. Like my lungs cleared and opened. It’s supposed to help make the sacks in the lungs more flexibility or something as well. It does slightly thin the blood and it does tend to be an oxygen carrier. i've been watching your videos semi consistently, sometimes i'll look at the piles and if none of them call me, i'll just let it be. but when you first published this video, i was just not interested in it.
