There’s no age limit for Ausbildung but the older one is the more difficult it is to find a company willing to take you on, as an older person Umschulung is usually recommended by the German state , which is fast tracked Ausbildung

Yes, you get work permit automatically. B1 is 6-12months

Those are the grading system of the German language, as a beginner you get A1 then A2, more average/advanced B1 then B2 Advanced/native level C1 and above .
Ausbildung is a form of technical schooling to learn a skill or Handwork

Thank you Marie, as a 45 year old, you can study Umschulung, it’s a fast tracked route for Ausbildung for older people, however it’s easier when the applicant is in Germany
