To install a ceiling fan on a prewired ceiling fan box the first thing you're going to need to do is flip your circuit breaker to the open/off position. The second thing is to have a Phillips head screwdriver.

Yeah, its been pretty good so far. I found it at Walmart with a clearance sticker on it and from my evaluation it just a torn box.

That mainstays hugger ceiling fan that same my fan

Not bad at all, but you put the ceiling fan bracket on a light fixture bracket that is attached to the electrical box the light fixture cannot support a ceiling fan for years the main danger of this is that if it wobbles and vibrates the screws will get loosened causing the motor housing to have a gap between it and the whole ceiling fan will move, this could be potentially hazardous for the people sleeping in that bed.

Yes, it takes A19 bulb.

Height of an A19 can vary a bit depending on brand. Would suggest A15 fr these, a tad shorter.
But really should avoid these. All single bulb fixtures are pretty worthless.
