THIS IS AN AWESOME VIDEO PRESENTATION WITH WELL DETAILED INFORMATIONS. BUT PLSSSSS WHEN PLANTING AT THE NURSERY, WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED SPACING BETWEEN PLANTS??? 2. WHEN TRANSPLANTING FOR PERMANENT GROWTH ON THE FARM, PLSSS WHAT SPACING SHOULD WE MAINTAIN TO ENCOURAGE QUICK FORMATION OF CANOPY???? THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH IN ADVANCE.
I feel like smashing the like button a thousand times. Just for the wonderful education you are giving. By the way, how long will it take before you harvest the six month variety
@@smartagroinnovations1523 can you just plant the cassava directly into the soil after soaking in wood ash? in the farm instead of wasting time with planting the cassava in saw dust?
Hello thanks a lot for this video. It is impressive. I have some few questions please. 1- How do you nest the seedlings or the nods?Do you just plant them in the open sunlight or a Greenhouse? 2- At what time do you have to transfer the germinated nods or seedlings? 3- If i have a wetland, can i grow cassava in it? if yes what type of cassava can grow in wetlands? 4- Do you by any chance know the varieties of Cassava we can plant in Africa? Thanking you in advance. Patrick

Look for Secateur or Prunning Shear, to save the top of the table and to cut faster and cleaner. Thanks.

I love this but next time do this in a video. You would get more views. When you talk about farm's no matter the video always do it in a farm
Thank you so this method you can harvest much earlier many blessings
Thanks
Thanks immensely SMART AGRO!
Do you plant the cassava with the node facing upward or downward?
I plant them horizontally ....so the position of node is not of any importance
I think you can also decide to burry the whole stem across and it will give you even more seedlings then you separate them during transplanting
That will disturb the growth rate

@@reubendiepri3126 it's right also
I want a video on how the transplanting is done.
Very soon..
👍
Thanks so much. I'm in Uganda. But I can see questions are not answered. Please.
The best substrate for the nursery is sawdust .
The best soil for optimum development for higher yield is a drained Sandy loam soil
So how many times should one water until the cassava germinates
Watering depends on the ground condition .
The soil must be wet but not soaked. 3days interval is cool
Do you mix the wood ash with water and then let the Cassava pieces soak in it
Pls, yes
