  • Ask me what my favorite flavor of ice cream is? My answer is definitely COFFEE and HAZELNUT! And I couldn't help but make a semifreddo that encompassed these flavors...
    IT'S REALLY GOOD! FRESH! EASY! FAST! EVERYTHING COLD! ALWAYS SOFT!
    You practically have no excuse not to do it, plus you keep it in the freezer ready for eventualities... and put it in the fridge half an hour before serving it! I'd say it can't get more comfortable than this!
    🌡️It must rest in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours before consuming it!
    📝 Ingredients! mold 30x10 cm
    For the base:
    500 ml sweet whipping cream (vegetable)
    100 g Condensed milk
    2 teaspoons Instant coffee
    1 cup restricted coffee
    1 teaspoon Sugar
    For the bath
    Milk
    2 teaspoons Instant coffee (or espresso)
    To complete:
    Finger biscuits
    Nutella (or other hazelnut spread)
    Hazelnut grain
