- Life and Literature presents you a documentary on the paintings of Rabindranath Tagore. Rabindranath Tagore, the enigmatic philosopher, eminent poet, literary virtuoso and most of all Nobel Laureate from India, started his journey as a painter in his later years. What began as doodling on his working manuscripts became an obsession after 1930 and continued throughout the last ten years of his life. This video is dedicated to this journey of creativity and to the pioneer who envisaged Modernity in Indian Art.
