Good solid game physical yet not dirty, some good goals, i agree Medina should have closed it out, Medina girl speaking after game, bravo well spoken very mature view.
These young ladies definitely play select soccer at a high degree, high school programs can’t generate this level of play on their own... And I speak on this as a competitive select soccer coach on the boy’s side of the house. It was a pleasure to see this type of play from these teams! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾💯
@@paulrispin4989 Let me put you between the posts and send a few low driven shots your way. I promise you won’t handle them too well, plus these are high school girls... Not Collegiate or Pro players. Ease up brother!
@@paulrispin4989 says the guy berating these “high school” girls under other people’s encouraging post. You my friend are a self righteous prick... Have a nice day! ✌🏾
Some crazy bad decisions from the ref. I'm a Brit and I think your standard of football is excellent. Very pacy and direct with some good skills. Impressed.
Anyone know why the head official called the goal off @2:38? Can't be offsides on a corner-kick, unless there was a foul of some sort?? Also, officials shouldn't be the same color (or close to the same color) jersey as any player including the goalie. Refs should have changed.
That's crazy...they play soccer in the summer/fall. Must be difficult to compete against football? Oh and Medina was the better team. Still can't figure out how they got that goal taken away from them on the corner. No one was offside.
@@jasonstevenson4067 - then why did the ref signal indirect kick (which is what you signal for an offside)? Handball is a direct kick in that situation.
@@CaptainDawg02 I don’t know. I just saw the ball hit her arm. I do know that the high school Ohio league has very different rules to other leagues, so that could explain it. Also it was a handball made by the attacking team so whether it was indirect or not doesn’t change a thing, they aren’t going to shoot from their goal box.
@@jasonstevenson4067 - not sure it would be a handball today given the new handball rules as it looks to hit off her shoulder/arm. Either way, it should have been signaled as a direct kick which is why when I saw indirect in addition to looking toward the AR, it seemed like it was called as an offside regardless of how far away it is from the other goal. Doubtful OH HS rules is that wonky...
@@CaptainDawg02 I haven’t heard of these new handball rules but for me it’s always been shoulder down, is a handball if if it was intentional or your age was far from your body (which it was for her). Like I said I don’t know why the ref called indirect, and I was confused too, but I watched it frame by frame and it was a handball whether the ref called it one or not. Also I thought it was from a corner kick wasn’t it? If so then it can’t have been offside.
Ok, why do all these teams start out with a kick off punt straight up field, stupidest tactic ever, and whats worse is the other team doesn't even keep the possession then just give it away.
the boys in the stand, hahah

the girl at 1:35 completely flew on her own. the girl on the green team didn’t even touch her
Very true, I noticed that
Also the student sections🤩🤩🤩🤩
I find it interesting. Those young ladies play faster and have more enthusiasm than some European adult male league players...
Faster? Are you for real?
LOL
XD

She looks high
#4 for Strongsville is the fastest on the field!
Taken aback
By the crowd noise there must be 100,000 spectators at this game.
A few thousand every year. Usually biggest crowd of the year for a regular season game

It was a handball, you can watch it frame by frame, it bounced off her wrist.

17 on white makes my blood boil
Ok Ik this is not abt this game but like I want to have my first game!! But it’s in to weeks
Ik this is a year later but how did it go
4:06
why on earth does the white team have two captains on the field?
wait they have 3?
Michi Z95 yeah teams are allowed to have up to 3 captains
I didn’t see what was wrong with the first goal, I would’ve counted it

4:54 all ball ref is just blind here at our leagues its not a foul if the ref is bad he may say advantage
this video gave me anxiety
Why it’s hyping me up
