Canton of Fribourg
The canton of Fribourg, also canton of Freiburg is located in western Switzerland. The canton is bilingual, with French spoken by two thirds of the citizens and German by about one third. Both are official languages in the canton. The canton takes its name from its capital city of Fribourg.
Moléson-sur-Gruyères
It (also known as Moléson-Village) is a village in the Swiss Alps, located in the canton of Fribourg. The village is situated in the municipality of Gruyères, south of Bulle, at a height of 1,132 metres above sea level. The village sits at the foot of the Moléson (2,002 m) which can be easily reached by a funicular and a cable car. In winter the area functions as a ski resort.

The medieval town is an important tourist location in the upper valley of the Saane/Sarine river, and gives its name to Gruyère cheese. The medieval town is located at the top of 82 metre-high hill overlooking the Saane valley and the Lake of Gruyère.

He was a Swiss artist best known for his airbrushed images that blended human physiques with machines, an art style known as "biomechanical". He was part of the special effects team that won an Academy Award for the visual design of Ridley Scott's 1979 sci-fi horror film Alien. His work is on permanent display at the H.R. Giger Museum in Gruyères, Switzerland. His style has been adapted to many forms of media, including album covers, furniture, and tattoos.

Thanks to his dexterity and experience, the cheesemaker imparts to Gruyère AOP its particular character and individuality. Between 9:00 am and 00:30 pm, the high point is of course the opportunity of observing the expertise of the cheesemakers.
