I have been watching your videos since past one year. I really loved your content and that was the huge reason for waiting for your blog every week.
I do relate with you when it comes to the journey with the body and food. I have seen you going back and forth to workouts.
Just a random suggestion, since I know how difficult it is for women to get through the fitness journey mostly is avoid food with high glycemic index. I saw that you had banana in protein shake after workout. It will just add to the fat percentage. Also have some amount of fibre, whenever you want to binge on the cupcakes 🧡. Won’t spike the insulin ❤
