2:05 I'm glad that young lady was telling the truth. You see? Not everyone tells lies! I'm happy towtrucker took the time to investigate the issue before he took the car. *Respect*
Double or triple checking the paperwork and checking with the office management is a good move Johnny. Never leave any stone unturned. And the lady was quite mature about the situation. More people who are about to have their cars snatched should follow her example.
You handled that parking deck tow like a champ. I wouldn't have known that you weren't experienced at using that snatch truck. Thanks for making these videos. They are entertaining to wstch.
Amazing how having manners and displaying some common courtesy makes even unpleasant situations like finding your car hooked far less stressful for all involved, isn’t it?
Love your vids! So, since you come up in contact with people's cars, 🪝on to them, and pull some slack, etc. What if the owner comes out with a cable cutter and cut your wire and tells you "that's just the way it goes." Or perhaps they may throw something in your cab, mess with your truck? You mess with their cars and they mess with yours. Brother stay safe out there.
It has been a few years since I have lived in apartment complexes, but my experience is that they are understaffed, often the office is closed while the only person in that office is off showing apartments to prospective tennants/other duties on and off the property. Phone calls were rarely answered. This must be extremely frustrating for Towtrucker to have such disorganization among the office staff, yet he must be patient with them or risk his company loosing the contract. I blame the property owners (at least from my experiences) for under-staffing the properties, both in office staff and maintenance while charging premium rents. It sounds like Towtrucker gets paid, at least in part, by the number of vehicles he tows; when the office management causes these delays, it is SO unfair; but I can almost hear him say: "That's just how it is."
Totally agree...I've been a tenant for many years, and although I've never been towed (nor had reason to be towed) the office staff can be infuriating.
@Julia57 just me tow company would not be able sustain itself towing one car a week.. It takes a lot of time to film, edit, produce CZcams videos and sometimes you don’t want to be filming 8hrs+ a day and just wanna do you’re job.
Hello again from Canada!! I do not know why, your channel is just awesome to watch!! Just enough drama, just enough education, just enough story!! Love it, thank-you for doing these!!
The most annoying thing I would think about ur job is the offices not getting their paperwork in line, up to date, and not having a direct line of communication
That office needs to get their crap together. They don't answer the phones, they make multiple lists but don't maintain each list so that everyone has the same information. I'm glad that young woman was home to stop the tow, she'd have a hell of a time getting the office to pay for their mistake.
We in the same boat when it comes to the wheel lift truck. Ivebeen in a Flatbed since 2003. I'd rather be in a FB all day! I think you can get more in situations Not to mention 2 at a time
Johnny, another great video showing your professionalism while getting the legit towing done right! I love watching you because it's real, honest and no games! I hope you're alright I noticed the bandage on your neck. Be safe and you're in our prayers!
When I lived in apartments, it didn't matter if it was a nice good building or a run down cheapo joint for students. The office people were consistently incompetent.
Driving that wheel-lifter must feel like driving a compact car compared to your flatbed. Nice job, as usual. 😊👍 Hope you’re doing well. I noticed that patch on your neck, and it worried me some.
Oh thank you Lord for not taking down another one of my favorite YT channels. I had 3 main channels, now I’m down to 2. Thank you Johnny for the hard work you do & for sharing it with us. I would like to thank your employer & fellow employees giving their ok for you to share what you do❣️ God, please keep Johnny & his fellow workers safe with Your Hands of protection🙏🏻❣️
Johnny . You do a awesome job. And you have so much patience. More than some of these deserve. Chains and flatbed always better than the lift and trolly. All day everyday. Stay safe . Chriss from 🇬🇧🇫🇷
Great job. I was surprised to see the cable van in the background under that parking deck, up here in WA it was a big no-no to drive one under an obstacle. Funny, the Mazda had WA plates too.
Not my apartments again 💀💀 and it’s extremely normal for the office not to answer, I’m usually calling close to 50 times through out their “office hours”
If it's during hours and you have an emergency, walk right up. Most managements will pay more attention to you face to face than trying to brush you aside. It's hard to have a customer standing there and not talk to them.
@@gordongordon4434 girl I ran to the office when I had an emergency, I usually call like once now and then I immediately go to the office since they’re so bad at their jobs
@@gordongordon4434 I got SO sick and tired of calling, going to voice mail that MIGHT be returned hours later, then going to the office during business hours only to see a "closed" sign with a representation of a clock showing when they would be back. Over half the time, I return AFTER that posted only to find them STILL closed and the time not changed. My experience is that property owners (always large corporations in my cases) under-staff the office and maintenance workers while still charging prime rental leases. I can't IMAGINE how frustrating this is for Towtrucker!
Nice snatch truck at the end. Good job handling that young lady and her vehicle. That young lady handled that situation very well and was calm about it. My only advice to her is don’t leave your vehicle unlocked no matter where you are. You are doing a great job with towing and this channel. I enjoy watching the videos you upload on here. 👍
Don't be putting your professional work down brotherman!!!!! You did an great job with that truck my man!!!!! You do love those doubles though so no lie!!!
Another great video Johnny I look foreword to every new episode and more great decisions with that young lady who had actually been to the site office . God bless and stay safe
Looks like the wheel lift truck would be easier and faster. I've done some rollback towing mostly wrecks or break downs. It takes a minute to hook up and load and another to unload. Wheel lift your in and out in no time or from what I've seen they are. I've seen them spin the car around to get to the front wheels and never get out Except to take pictures. Still gone in under a minute sometimes. Go check out GTOer channel. They don't have anything newish cause of the Rona. but the older videos are good.
2:05 I'm glad that young lady was telling the truth. You see? Not everyone tells lies! I'm happy towtrucker took the time to investigate the issue before he took the car. *Respect*
This dude is a pro. Ethical tow trucking at it’s finest. Love this driver’s demeanor.
Like ive said before.....Them offices are gonna get you hurt...because they aren't updating shit and people come out irritate! Ya know.
Exactly what I was thinking.
Is what it is. Still didn’t have to do what he did.
Yup yup

Great monologue at the end. “Can do a lot with a dolly , but I throw chains.”
One out of many telling the truth definitely a rarity, keep up the good work Johnny 💪
She was a very respectful young woman and listened to what he had to say and did not talk over him.
I love when people are mature about a simple situation. He was reasonable about it too.
Amazing how having manners and displaying some common courtesy makes even unpleasant situations like finding your car hooked far less stressful for all involved, isn’t it?

Ron Jon's isn't too far from me.
Take care and stay safe my friend.
My man's #Johnny pulling up fast!!💪🏽💨
That has to be so frustrating when you are called to do a tow and it was a mix up.

This was a treat seeing you drive a different truck for a change of pace. Good call listening to your instincts on the first tow.

Genuine as ‘F’ and towing like a pimp.

Towtrucker having a moment about his flatbed. Passion for his job right there.

It would be nice for you guys if the property managers would update their towing lists. An unauthorized tow could be lots of problems.
