Nowdays No.of companies selling differants types of orthopedic mattresss with different layers of foams like memory,soft foam,pu foam,Hr Foam.
Also no.of online mattress companies are selling ortho & spinecare mattress.
In this sutiation if you back pain issue & you want to buy orthopedic mattress then you start to search
Weather you start to search online or offline you have no.of options available in market.
So its possible to get confuse to choose orthopedic mattress.
So here in this vedio we give glims of how to select spine care mattress which is suitable for individual.
Before select to spine care mattress you have to consider your weight & sleeping style.
There are 4 types of sleeping position
1) Back sleeper
2) Side Sleeper
3) Stomch Sleeper
4) Mix of all above
Majority of people are in mix types of sleeper.
So here in this vedio we consider mix types of sleeper.
1)Weight under 60 Kg

PU Foam 40 D + Soft Foam (4+1)
2)Weight Above 60 & Below 80 KG.
Structure Showing
Bonded 85 D + Soft Foam (4+1)
3)Weight Above 80 kg to 100 Kg.
Structure Showing
Bonded Foam 100 D + HR Foam (4+1).
