I like Detroit style pizza with oiled pan to crisp up crust.
For vegan I've been wanting to go to Chu Minh Tofu and Vegan Deli across from pho bac. I think I saw it in your video walk with matt.

Oooo my favorite way to cook mushrooms, I learned it from Molly of Bon Appetite, she would put a little oil in the pan, and then put the mushrooms in, then she WOULD NOT TOUCH IT until all the water is gone. The mushrooms then would get maximum browning, the key is not touching them because mushrooms hold a ton of water. I do this a lot for pastas! :))) directions unclear but im sure youll understand! haha
Love Serious Pie’s pizza crust, so rustic. Crispy on the outside side ring and a little fluffy yumm. I’m liking the beschamel with mushrooms, arugula, maybe a little ricotta , Artichoke and grilled chicken more than tomato sauce-less acidic for my stomach lol. oh and I’ll try adding the truffle oil like someone suggested in an earlier comment. omg, I want a pizza now. Is there an already made dough you would suggest if some people don’t have the time to make your dough recipe?
You get so much protein from mushrooms and Spinache and beans, quinoa there is so much protein in other foods people just aren't educated enough.

Mushroom powder for soups or as a bouillon is not a secret just people don't look into it. It's all over the asian stores i just got some can't wait to try. Gives alot of umami flavour. Maybe the porcini is something🎉😅

I Love mushrooms on pizza! Never tried trader Joes but maybe i will! I know u like it well done but please just try 8 min u don't like it throw it in again for 5 more. For me anyway 8 min is my magic number for pizza!
