Running back by committee is a stopgap measure. It isn’t the way to work the running game. And using your QB is a recipe for disaster. Nolan Smith is going to have double digit sacks this year. He didn’t even play 50 snaps last year and had a couple sacks and he was pressuring. The quarterback almost every time he was in. Right here my prediction, 12 sacks Nolan Smith.

Nolan Smith will start hitting his stride in year 3. And Nolan Smith probably won't see many snaps next year, so it would be silly to expect much production out of him. Fangio overuses his best players, so most likely Huff and Sweat will be taking almost all of the snaps.

Nolan Smith is going to have double digit sacks this year. He didn’t even play 50 snaps last year and had a couple sacks and he was pressuring. The quarterback almost every time he was in. Right here my prediction, 12 sacks Nolan Smith.

Nolan smith wasn't a 1st rd pick he was drafted in the first only cause the eagles drafted him. nolan smith would have been a 2nd or 3rd rd pick!
He would've been off the board very fast in the second round. No chance he was lasting until the third. Late first round picks aren't really first round picks anyway. The true top players usually go within the top 20. Also, if Nolan was still available, the Chiefs were going to draft him.

@@king_eagle_1 Nolan Smith came into the draft as a very raw prospect with tremendous upside. Not one rational person thought he was going to be good right away. Nolan Smith will start hitting his stride in year 3. And Nolan Smith probably won't see many snaps next year, so it would be silly to expect much production out of him. Fangio overuses his best players, so most likely Huff and Sweat will be taking almost all of the snaps.
