You can apply a second coat just as you would any liquid coating, per the directions of what ever coating you are using. Note: you must use a solvent based coating that is formulated for electrostatic use for the paint to properly wrap.

The coating itself can act as a resistor to the grounding of the object being coated. In some cases even stepping on overspray while spraying can break the grounding contact as per specification.
Very professional and saves a lot of labor. Is that dry ice? Is there any concern of breathing in the paint dust, or does the flow of air mitigate that hazard?

You can use any media. It is garnet in this video. What you see is mostly water vapor and compressed air.

Jorge duarte faster application time, less masking, will require less paint, and outside edges will build up more film build providing better corrosion resistance. Sharp outside edges are where corrosion attacks first so having more paint on them is very important in some applications.
Ty Crowder does the paint wrap itself around the inside parts or do you still have to spray them in that angle to get them painted?
The wrap on outside edges is improved while the wrap on inside edges is not as the charged particle looks for the closest ground. So you have to reduce voltage or angle the gun on complex inside edges or channels.

Any solvent based paint that is conductive will work. Typically alkyds and urethanes work better than epoxies.
