heck yeah, way to crush with the coverage! the track and the event looked like dialed
Early 1970's, bunch of us kids, had 2 nice downhill runs in a glen. (And the daily construction site jumping ramps) I think of the bikes we had then and see these amazing bikes they have now, and runs. Takes me back. Great video. Safety stuff, na baba na. we survived. P.S. The Stars and Stripes jerseys are simple bad ass, Go Team USA!!!!
Awesome recap!
Im 65 and thats cool 👍
Two deserving winners, hoping for the best at Worlds!
Never disappoint with these replays! You guys are awesome!
We’re stoked you’re stoked! 🤘🏼
Awesome stuff
Well done Luca! Nice coverage!
great coverage and great racing!!
The team freakin nailed it 👊
Nice Job LUCA! USA ! Go win a WC🎉
Great coverage
Nice coverage, gr8 racing
higher quality than the World Cup show. Way better commentary
Where’s the emotion and excitement?!!
Please tell me your joking? This seems like a regional event as far as quality, fans, hype, and excitement. You really watching UCI DH? Frankly, go watch NORBA DH US events in late 90s and early 2000s and it’s also a whole other level. This looks much more like a junior regional event than a US National.
World cup commentary is live, this commentary has been recorded after the event in a studio so it would have been edited and possibly scripted.
Yes it’s recorded after the event but it’s not scripted and not in a studio. Will emcees the race so he knows ahead of time what happens at the finish line obviously but these are mostly one take recording on first watch of the race runs. He purposely doesn’t want to see them ahead of time so he gets excited.
Great job! Excellent coverage.
Me gusta mucho el circuito
Those times were so f'n close. Good race!
I really wanted Richie to win.
Feel bad for Dante, everyone yelling "Go Luca!" cmon fans...at least know the racer # plates....
I'm sooooo glad spandex is popular in moto, bmx and dh now.... Hopefully skate dudes start wearing it too and everybody can look like a power ranger.
That was a good one, it brought tears I laughed so hard
3 San Diegans in the top 10. Yew.
Nice to see some west coasters out in our hollers!
Luca diserve that
Thanks. How do riders start competing? I feel like I could hit this course, but I wouldn't know where to get started to enter races like this but I'd love to try
First time this year that I can understand the English of the person commentating, for some reason UCI thought it was a good idea to hire the Frenchman from “Tallageda Nights” to commentate on Downhill races 🤷🏽♂️
lol whats with the guy with the chainsaw?
his dad is one of the venue's owners!
That's old school cheering
Long live Chainsaw 🤘
My friend put this bike together for his son and before I knew it he was done czcams.com/users/postUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L When the son came to put it together he was surprised to see it was already done. All he had to do was take the bike to get air and be on his way. My friend did not have any major problems putting this bike together; small issue was putting one of the brakes on straight; however when the son got home he was able to fix it. The bike rides well gears move correctly; good bike for the price. Wrote review after the son took the bike. Sorry.
No more REDBULL World Cup DH Events from back then.
Shame about the coverage 😅
No wonder the US can't stack up to the Euro riders. This practically could of been a small section of an uci xc race, besides a few man built features. What a lame event. I feel for the riders that flew all the way back to the US for a flat track event. I heard next years race is in Nebraska, should be a exciting.
just have to compare it to Whistler last wkend
Hey dude come dig, race, sponsor and/or volunteer if ya want it to change. Otherwise 🤫 🤡
What a lame National Championship (no offense to the riders). That course sucked. Pedaling everywhere. Small spectator crowd. Where's the steep and technical? How could this determine the best downhiller in the USA?
Too short of a course for a National Championship race. But that's just my opinion.
