I love how none of the survivors acknowledge the Witch being an infected and instead act like she's just a really scary crying woman and they don't want nothing to do with her
They probably know it’s an infected woman, but the way she still sounds human when everything else simply growls and gurgles, it has them unnerved, even worse as they can’t see the witch, they have no visual confirmation that it’s an infected and that’s what really screws with them
2:26 This last voice line from Ellis when calling out the Tank almost makes it sounds like he's on the verge of tears upon seeing it, which considering how I typically feel seeing a Tank charge at me in game I deeply feel his pain.

Honestly I agree with the idea of Ellis being the type of guy to joke to deal with stressful situations, I just personally feel like the voice line sounds more distressing then him laughing. Tho to be honest it could be both, like a crying while laughing deal. Like Ellis is trying to joke around and be funny but is so scared shitless by the Tank that he can't help shedding tears of fear while laughing.
It’d be cool if the nicknames lasted for all of Dead Center since the first two levels can end pretty quick, you could probably move the info board with infection rates and strain names towards the final saferoom for the finale to justify it too
