@Brent Condorato Apparently, she was killed trying to expose the truth. Did you ever see that 1970s French language film "I as in Icarus"? It is loosely based on the Warren Commission's investigation into the Kennedy assassination. In the film, a commission is convened in order to investigate the assassination of the president of a fictional country. One member of the commission (brilliantly played by the late French actor Yves Montand) refuses to accept the Commission's conclusion that a lone gunman acted alone and starts his own investigation into the matter. He calls his investigation Icarus. But as he gets closer to the truth, he is murdered. The significance of the name Icarus is later revealed. As with the mythical Icarus - who flew too close to the sun and got burned - whoever gets too close to the truth will get burned as well because in the Icarus myth, the sun represents the truth. This is what happened to this journalist so IMO she is also a hero.
