Fevicol + White Powder + Black acrylic colour
Do it colour stay on case for long?

You may use fevicol or white glue for better results but it should not fall in water.

I would constantly worry that the paint would smear in my hands and that I would mess-up the painting and be stuck with the mess :S
first dry it properly and then apply acrylic matte or glossy vanish t prevent color losses.
