Good explanation. I have a question regarding this. What is the role of RFI / EMI Filter. Does it indicate improper wiring and improper earthing. Please do explain the same with examples like ground open, neutral open and line or ground reverse.

Finally I got the answer why my stupid junction box give me shock, when I connect my laptop ( pendrive Port) .
I was wondering for may month since lock down ,why this is happening. if I connect my lap Changer directly it's fine ..( no shock )
