炸雞塊可以改成炸雞排，這超好吃的（油的温度要夠高才行）。做法：1.整塊雞排先醃漬醬料讓雞肉入味 2.將雞排裹上炸雞肉專用的麵粉（炸雞粉加水使其變成黏稠狀態，這時將雞排放進去，會在雞排外面形成一層麵衣）。
3.等油鍋裡的油沸點夠高時，把裹上麵衣的雞排下去油炸（要油炸時再把裹上麵衣的雞排拿出來油炸，不要事先將裹上麵衣的雞排拿出來晾乾），炸個5～8分鐘後即可撈起來。 4.灑些楜椒鹽即可食用(喜歡吃辣的可以再灑上辣椒粉)。

And if editing makes you tired and your muscles hurt maybe you could see about buying a separate keyboard and mouse to use for editing and think about getting a chair with more support. I think your fingers must become fatigued from using the small keypad on the laptop. I recently bought a Logitech Ball Mouse M 575 to reduce the strain on my wrist if I have a great deal of retouching or video editing.
