Sir, Barnard Baruch, while using the term 'cold war' first time, didn't use it in reference to tensions between USA & USSR. He was using it in reference to domestic affairs in the United States. However contemporary writers in "Foreign Affairs" journal used the term in reference to international affairs and ensuing tensions between USA and USSR
