Great job!
Do you have any bundle service for trademark " logo and slogan "?
Not a bundle specifically for that, but I do offer a discount when we’re working on multiple TMs at the same time 😉
This was incredibly helpful! Thank you SO MUCH for the info and overview!
Nice to know LLC ,name trademark knowledge. Thanks for great content .
Thank you, this is helpful. Can you do a video about word trademarks that may include color in one of the words?
This is some great content
Yes please do a separate video on design marks. I’m not sure if the name of my business will be able to be a character mark but I would like to at least get my logo with the name in it as a design mark. Please please please do another video! Love your videos they are so helpful. I’m in the process of going back and watching every single one!
jaja I am glad your are still alive !! Exelent!!
Thanks
This was great! I Would love to see a video about standard name and logo registration
Yes! I just want to trademark my personal name
Yes more video on all this!
What happened with the electrical problem? Or did he just lose his nerve to ask you out?
Thanks for the informative video. Does the USPTO allow you to use a registered agent to avoid all the junk mail and spam you were referring to?
Thank you! Question: Do you get an opportunity to prove that you've been using the name for an extended period of time. For example attaching your original fictitious business name statement from 2 decades ago or more than that showing continuous use?
Haha about the electricity, we have a camp by a spring. A converted school bus is dining room kitchen. If you touch the outside of the bus when the ower is on it shockes the hf out of ypu. hahah. Never heard of it in the city though. Wow.
Very helpful! You say that punctuation CAN matter, so I want to ask about phrases like "I am not" vs. "I'm not" vs. "I ain't". As an example, there is a live standard character trademark for "I'm not a boy", so my question is if it's still OK to use "I am not a boy". Also, I do a TESS search for "I am not", the results include phrases with all these variations ("I am not", "I'm not" and even "I ain't"). Are these just search results, or does registering a trademark for one of these include the others as well?
I just found your page and it is really helpful. I have a question. I have my business brand name for my boutique but also have DBA names for stylist services also linked to my main brand. Would those names also be included in my application since they are also registered on my business license as DBA or would I need 3 separate trademark applications??
I answered your question in my new video! Check it out at czcams.com/video/zQ8bjsj7khk/video.html.
Hello you never mentioned cost, price, $$$$$ is there on the Gov page ????. if the caracter is in used oh ready any penalty or fine????
Much appreciation. When do you gain the right to use a TM next to your name versus getting to use the R once you've been approved?
Soon as you file. The ® after approval
@@DJRenee Perfect! Thank you!
I'm a Percussion Manager for a high school marching band and I give the Color Guard the nick name Arnie's Angles. Can I give that a trade mark
Can you help folks that have a trademark application that's currently being reviewed by USPTO for a standard character mark? They haven't denied me but sent a letter asking for more information about my business etc because I use common words in the trademark I'm applying for. There are no other similar businesses to mine with trademarks in the classes I'm applying for that I know of but I’ve found similar common word trademarks that were approved in spite of that. I have 6 months to send them a response.
Nice anti-theft windows.
Great point!
Omg I have a headache you should slow down.
Wow you use to many unnecessary examples that frankly are not helpful.
You should watch somebody else’s content then
