this song specifically is "garage music", an off-shoot of House that gets played with a lot, like the producers of SAR made it a bit more electrical and dancey :) XG can pull anything off and they always respect their many influences

Their manager/producer Simon (JAKOPS) is a Korean/Japanese American. Their main songwriter, Chancellor is a Korean American. And their main choreographer, Sienna Lalau is Samoan American (from my home State of Hawaii). Not sure who does their fashion, tho.👊🐺✌️

I used to dislike ''POP'' music until I found out about KPOP (XG is not korean, they're japanese but they are marketed towards to the kpop community). For me, KPOP is my happy music. It makes me want to get out of my chair and moooove :D It's full of energy!

Not sure if you've done this one but New Dance song from them has the same feel good summery vibe. Also the genre is Xpop, (not sure myself but I've been a fan since I first saw Cocona dancing to Popsmoke) I'm guessing it's K-pop J-pop, C-pop meets Hip Hop RnB. Their inspirations are people like Missy Elliot and everyone from then.
