Hey Madalyn here is a gym tip if your hands hurt while you like do stuff with the bars and weights, maybe try this put like wrap around your palm of your hand and it might help for like you’re not getting blisters. I used to do that when I worked out in my basement and I still do I wrap them and it seem to help, so that’s a tip for you and Tyson if you want you don’t have to try it hope to help love you and your channel. - Averie Mullis 💖
