We lost 40 chickens in 3 days this past spring because a literal pack of raccoons found us and it just so happened to be in the time frame between our family dog dying and before we got new livestock dogs. That weekend we got two 1 year old Great Pyrenees girls who have been protecting our animals. No raccoons since!
So sorry. I had no clue raccoons were carnivorous
My goodness! We do have a raccoon, but I think we also have a fox that took out ours. I have always adored the Great Pyrenees dogs 💝 They are so sweet!

Oh! If you have full page stickers put them on the extra monthly pages! I think I’m gonna try to find an A5 full page lunar calendar or make one for the extra monthly in my common planner.

If I can still type, I'll warn you 🙃🤭 My job is mentally draining, so after work I colour in one of the days. I use Helen's Zombie emoties a lot to mark off work and meetings and such.

I had a Hobonichi cousin as well and fell off the planning/journaling wagon in July and never really got back on until the end of December. Loved seeing your chunky planner and it gives me hope for mine for this year. LOL

2023 was the first year I completed a Hobonichi cousin. I loved it so much but the chunk was really hard the last few months so for 2024 I am using the cousin avec. Feels so weird going from my super chunky book to my little avec lol. Loved this flip through!
Yay!! I will say the chunk does get tough at the end of the year haha. I'm sure the Avec will do better though 💝

So fun, thank you for sharing. I'd love to know more about how you work with astrology & the energies not only in your specific planner for those purposes but also across scheduling events & activities. Living with the cycles more is something I want to implement this year. Cool to see your style changed, also a TCMC addict here...my first order is due to arrive this week - eeeeeek!
Great suggestion! I'm still learning myself honestly, but I like to use astrology calendars like Magic of I or astrology.com and forecast the different energies that are upcoming. For example, we have a new moon in Capricorn coming up. Capricorn energy is typically hardworking and ambitious. So with the new moon, there is new energy and it will be a good time to focus on hard work or ambition, or start a new project that you feel ambitious about. This is a really simple way to explain it, and there is a lot more that can go into it, but like I said I'm still learning. I hope that helps!
@@mydandeliondiaries I also resonate with the energetics part, starting with that makes sense to me. Chris Corsini speaks in a way that makes sense to me, hence why I picked up the calendar, tarot & astro. Then I can dive into some of my personal placements slowly & gradually from other notes I have. I don't think I will ever be an Astrologer, but I have taken both Shiatsu & various Yoga Teacher trainings so leaning into those cycles (Vedic/Jyotish & 5 element Chinese Medicine) makes sense to me too so I can lean into - along with the moons and Pagan dates.
Awareness & intention never goes astray and so curious to me when there are different points/comments - especially re Moons.
As you can tell, I'm a chatter on energetics/vibration & fan of all that jazz.
Mine has some blank spaces on days I forgot to add anything. But otherwise it is all filled out nicely and I'm in my new planner now.

It is the Midori A5 1 Page 1 Day. I usually get mine from Jet Pens. :)
Where do you put your important dates like birthdays, if you don't put them in the yearly overview?
I have a small "perpetual" calendar that I carry from year to year that keep all my important dates that don't change :) I usually put them in my monthly pages when I set up the months.
