Going with the Flow - with Flow Neuroscience | MANUP?

We will use the term 'case study' loosy but we worked with Flow Neuroscience by testing out a headset that is supposed to help with mental issues like anxiety or depression etc.
We were dubious about it. However, we often preach 'try something different' when it comes to mental health.
This 'magic device' (they don't promote it as such) intrigued us. Is it possible for a device to help with anything at all?
Do we recommend it? Nope because everyone is different.

Is it on the NHS? in some places
Is it safe? Various clinical tests have said yes
