- This video I visit Central Europe - mostly Czechia and Austria
🇨🇿 🇦🇹 Central Europe is a region in Europe everybody is fighting for, no one really knows where the political, geographic and demographic boundaries are. Is it Slovakia, Switzerland or Germany? Well in this video I visit one that is certainly within Central Europe - Austria and a country right between Eastern and Central Europe - Czech Republic. This is part 2 of my trip around parts of Europe, which will hopefully be released weekly/every other week!

I'm glad that you visited the Czech republic! Be sure to visit Moravia or Hlinecko when the traditional Masopust is happening. It's a really old and cool tradition!
I'm glad you actually visited a place that isn't Prague in Czechia. If you ever plan on visiting South Bohemai again, make sure to visit Ceske Budejovice, Trebon, and Tabor. They're the respective postercities of the Center, South and North of the region
U r right! Greetings from Tábor :)
As an Austrian I am happy that you visited my country. You even visited upperaustria(Oberösterreich) where I live

I'm from Poland but I must say that I love Czechia mountains! I have travelled there since I was a four year old child year after year. When I met a person from Czechia on one discord server, I asked about photos (it was winter).
Greetings guys
Ps. Respect for adding "W głowie tylko mam koksu pięć gram" (a song in Polish in the beginning).

Hi from Czechia, I love Poland too!
As a Czech myself, I find this very entertaining. I am looking forward to seeing more of these videos. Keep it up!
thanks for visiting czechia,i dont hear much people talk about it but when they do,it always makes me happy. greetings from east czechia!
Amazing vlog, like everytime!!! Love your contents!!!
Oh hi uim nice to see you after 3 months I thought you didn’t make more videos

Sad that you couldnt find the way to the Prague castle, its really beautiful, there are the national guards from the army dressed really nicely in historical uniforms. The cathedral itself is extremely tall, if you see it from down there with your own eyes, and the inside, its all just gold and paintings and all kinds of luxurius stuff. Btw in the prague castle lives our drunk president.
I would say that St. Vitus cathedral is not the most decorated one in Prague and is closer to medieval ideal of cathedral than, let's say, St. Peter of Brno that has only gothic + neo-Gothic exterior, but inside you will find heavily decorated baroque church. As well is is less decorated than St. Wenceslas Cathedral in Olomouc, that is almost all neo-Gothic.
Probably the best video about Czechia I've seen so far :D
Your humor is so good xd

Very entertaining! I'd claim this is probably a better advertizing for visiting our country than what our tourist agencies can come up with. 😁 Greetings from Austria.

@@sonic_production are you Austrian?
@@MattBroAnimations good guess, yes i am
@@sonic_production Il Piave mormorava
Calmo e placido, al passaggio
Dei primi fanti, il ventiquattro maggio
L'esercito marciava
Per raggiunger la frontiera
Per far contro il nemico una barriera
Muti passaron quella notte i fanti
Tacere bisognava, e andare avanti
S'udiva intanto dalle amate sponde
Profughi ovunque, dai lontani monti
Venivan a gremir tutti i suoi ponti
S'udiva allor, dalle violate sponde
Come un singhiozzo, in quell'autunno nero
Il Piave mormorò: "Ritorna lo straniero"
E ritornò il nemico
Per l'orgoglio, per la fame
Volea sfogare tutte le sue brame
Vedeva il piano aprico
Di lassù, voleva ancora
Sfamarsi e tripudiare come allora
"No" disse il Piave, "No" dissero i fanti
Fino a Trieste, fino a Trento
Risorgere Oberdan, Sauro, Battisti
Infranse, alfin, l'italico valore

Hey thanks for visiting my country and my city as well. To explain the Krumlov bears - in the 16th century, when the castle was owned by the Rožmberk family, they were connected to the Italian Orsin family, which means bear. And since then the Krumlov bears are pretty much an ongoing staple of our town. It's a bit bizzare as you can no longer find any bears living in the wild in Czechia, you'd to go to Slovakia for that. Also if you ever visit again, I absolutely recommend trying a rafting trip. You get to see the city from a new perspective without all the tourist traps.

As a Polish person, Czechia really does feel like "Polish people with Austrian gov't"- wealthier, better governed, but still distinctly Slavic.
Plus a LOT more guns per capita (almost 6 times more) with identical violent crime rate and lower burglary and robbery rates...
So, maybe it is not about the guns then.
@@MrToradragon yeah. who would have thought people won't shoot each other if the quality of life is good...
I have just hit your video and it have been very funny and catchy! Keep on going, haha. Greetings from Czechia!
bro actually put so much effort into this, perfect
I don't exactly know what's in English. But if you ever go back to Czechia. Or plan to. Try to catch some "wine picking" festivals in South Moravia. As a South Moravian they're just great. Especially in Znojmo since the festivals are "medieval" in style. There are markets open with the great Trdelník, and the festival is just a city long parade with fire breathers, knights horses and... And as I can only assume the Wine god, who sits omnipotent on his throne carried by 16 people.
wow you really did your homework on these countries. Hello from Czech Republic
Very cool vid mate. Next time you have to make a stop in Budweis. Greetings from South Bohemia.
Well that was amazing it’s good that I found out this channel but also I would like to give you suggestion if you ever decide to got somewhere on the outskirts of Europe you could visit georgia it is small but still we have quite a lot to offer here
okay, how long did you learn to pronounce czech words? cuz you pronounced them very well
"R" part was a bit off
@@frosty1219 kinda, but still good job
About that Bavaria Part: Bavarians are very proud of themselves, which is why you will find expressions like "Bavaria is the heavenly paradise on earth". A good example of this pride is the Chiemsee which is also sometimes referred to as the Bavarian Sea, even though it's not really that big. But when you go there again, visit Herrenchiemsee, the palace there, while never finished is worth seeing
Again a great vídeo.

4:14 National Theatre is not Baroque, but Neo-Renaissance, as it was built in 19th century.
Great that you have used the Radetzky March for Austria (you could have used it for the whole video as Czech Land was a part of Austrian Empire).
Ha ha, I love this! 😄Greetings from the land of Leoš Janáček to the country of Arvo Pärt.

As somebody from Innsbruck I am really fascinated by how impressed you are by what is for me every-day scenery. I would however like to point out that the "18th century statue of virgin Mary" is actually a statue dedicatetd to her mother, Anne (It still is a statue of Mary, just never ever call it that). Also, great that you felt a world away from Vienna, because Innsbruck is so superior it’s basically another world (part of the West Austrian tradition to semi-sarcastically hate everything east of one self).
so as a vorarlberger am i supposed to hate everything
No, because as Vorarlberger you are actually Swiss rather than Austrian. You just don't know yet.
At 6:13 you literally filmed the part of the A1 highway which I use to get to work every day.
I'm curious if he can speak Russian. His parents most likely can (if they went to school in Estonian SSR). I believe to hear a slight russian accent in his voice, but admittedly I've never heard an Estonian accent, so maybe they are just very similar.
