As a huge Dissection fan this pushes *all* the buttons in me to release that sweet endorphine. Beautiful album, it's this kind of guitar work combined with blast beats that just makes me happy.
This will go down as one of the best metal records of this year. Maybe even of this decade. A unique kind of modern, 90s style melo black metal close to perfection.

In the end of the last song i counted 7 and 10, combinable to a 17 8th note rythm concept. At last! a long time i´ve been searching for something like technical black metal. The Spirit, please keep up your great work!
Pleasantly surprised. I'm often disappointed with new BM releases, but there's a freshness of spirit (hah!) in this band. Powerful motifs, exceptional delivery, haven't gone through the whole thing yet but will definitely spin again. Worth buying.
