Jikoni by the Indian-Kenyan - why is she cooking without anything on her head??? That's not hygienic with all that hair hunging over customers' food. Quite unthinkable in America's restaurants (kitchen). No gloves by kitchen staff by all four featured restaurants was also shocking. It was a distraction. Thanks anyways

Ok for the loose hair in the kitchenette but as well in service to.the client. As the use of gloves, there are more bacteria on gloves than on hands that are often washed
