License Exam

Originally filmed on 16mm back in 2004 (and digitized years later), this footage was created to turn the Department of Motor Vehicles into... Well, just have a look! See if you could've passed the exam!
The work done was syncing up the speech with the video and clearing it up, adding other audio elements, cutting things up and a small amount of visuals were added.
