That's wonderful, however, is he speaking to the right people? Who says who are the leaders? Is it a who knows who? Is it a minority speaking to a majority?
How are those ' leaders" identified?
When it comes to the Haitian community because there are self-appointed leaders, widely advertised, Town Hall meetings are needed- THAT is the true way of hearing the true voice of the people.
Hope it all works out for them.
