- Dr. Vikram Singh is a retired IPS officer, who has held the position of Director General of Police - Uttar Pradesh, the largest police force in the world consisting of 1,90,000 personnel, is currently the Vice-Chancellor of Noida International University. He has been awarded with several prestigious ones, some of which are: President's Police Medal for Gallantry (twice, in 1986 and 88), President's Police Medal for Long and Meritorious service (in 1990) , President's Police Medal for Distinguished service, and Kathin Seva Medal. He has been invited to address the Students by several International and National Universities.
His lecture at IIT Kanpur on Service as a way of life.
