Q: Do you plan before, during, or after the week?
A: It varies from video to video, but typically I plan 2-3 times during the week and stitch the clips together. I rarely plan the entire week in advance or the entire week retroactively.
Q: Do you use all of these planners?
A: Yes and no. Every week, there is something in my life that takes priority over the others whether it be school, work, or something personal. Depending on the week, I select a few planners that will help me achieve my tasks! So not every planner is used every week.
Q: How do you get so much done in a day?
A: If you watch any of my journaling vlogs, you’ll realize that I have very poor sleeping habits and so naturally I’m able to fit more things into the day. It’s something I’m trying to fix but admittedly this is the only reason. - Jak na to + styl
This video convinced me to start using my cousin as a daily journal, cause my brain tends to remember only the bad things so writing the good things may be nice

It was certainly a whirlwind of a year, Baby Bear! The transition of being a student to a graduate and from one city back home. Lots and lots of fond memories or get togethers and food! Here’s wishing you a smorgasbord of good food in 2023 and more epic memories to build! Love you!!!

The fact that you can look back on your past (even if recent) and see where to celebrate and where to adopt better habits or mindsets is how evolution happens. Oh Helen, I'm so sorry you struggle with mental health issues and major anxiety. I do, too, so I hate hearing when others have to deal with it. I definitely understand the feeling of hating your brain. Happy New Year Helen! this is so inspiring! i tried to have a daily journal (i just grabbed a little notebook with like 20 pages to start) but it didn't work haha i just checked and the last time i wrote in it was november 28, i mean, i didn't think i was going to actually journal daily but i wanted to still have some consistency lmao, watching how you managed to journal every single day even when you were feeling down is a big motivation for me! i hope this year treats you well!

This my first year of using a "real" planner, and I opted for the Day-Free Cousin because I was just *sure* I'd never be able to write something every day, and then I'd feel bad about it. But watching this, I think maybe next year I'll try it, and not hold myself to such strict ideas of what I "should' do on the daily pages. Thank you for sharing!

I never use the Hobonichi planners. The thinness of the paper gives your written pages (and their ghosting) the look and feel of newspaper pages.📰😊

For this year I bought a hobonichi in A6 to journal because the A5 felt a little too big. But if I keep journaling daily in 2023 then I think that I might try the cousin next year... But first things first: making a habit out of journaling 😊

Just so you know, I also have down periods or days. They seem random at times, as in no trigger. A video called (something along the lines of) Emotional Midwinters helped me be ok with that. Also, keep in mind that you can feel down before your period. I always forget that it happens to me sometimes and then later on I realize why.
PLEASE DO STARDEW VALLEY STICKERS!!! I love the game but is so hard to find nice stickers and I would love to have some for my journal. For those Stardew days.

It depends on the size of the planners, the a5 cousin is in the $60 range.
