Thank you for reviewing this brand for us. I love how you demonstrate this so realistic and not like you're just trying to sell the product! Just a tip, the glaze will adhere to your hair cuticle more efficiently if you wash first. It doesn't really matter to wash if you are using permanent color because the oxidizers in those will break through the cuticle. However, glaze will just sit on the top of the cuticle. If your hair is oily when you apply it, it will just wash out faster.

I just tried it the first time!! So easy to apply...part you hair down the middle and start applying it front to back...easy to rinse out and my hair is so soft and shiny!! I used the clear glaze because I am getting lots of silver on my top and sides. I want to try the whit or silver glaze to bring out the greys I hace...not sure if it will turn my reddish brown hair all white. Thoughts/ opinions??
Awesome!! So glad you liked it too! From what I understand it doesn’t really change the color, it just brings out more dimension and shine. So I don’t think it would lighten your hair but it may bring out the white or greys you do have a little more. 🤍🤍

Looks super great! ❤️ Just a silly question, you mentioned purply colour, does this shade actually have purple tone in it after you wash it out?🤔 My natural colour is something like soft black with coffee undertone, so was just worried…🙈
Thanks!! I definitely think the brown has a warmer undertone but the darker black color has more of a cool undertone. I know my shower was definitely purple though 😅

Were you ever able to get the stains from the dye out of the shower and floor? If so, what product did you use to clean it off?
Yes!! My awesome husband scrubbed our shower with bleach and it was back to brand new 🥰

I have a question, do you shampoo and condition your hair after you put it on? (after the 10 minutes I mean)
I did! I couldn’t find directions on that part. It just had the steps to do before washing and said to leave on for 10 minutes. I noticed if you don’t wash hair with shampoo after rinsing it your hair feels too greasy. 🤍🤍

I didn’t wash beforehand but my hair was free of any products.

Depending on how often you wash but around a month for me!

I miss read or miss remembered the timing and left it on 30 minutes. My hair is black and not shiny at all. It’s taking a long time to wash out too. Don’t leave it on longer than 10 🤣

Can glaze cover grey hairs?
It says it doesn’t cover greys but it did help tint mine a little bit. 😄
Well as its a hair GLOSS and not a hair DYE 😂 glosses and glazes firstly act as a gloss & glaze to give hair shine and (you guessed it: gloss lol) and then secondly it gives a hint of colour. As some glosses and glazes are clear. So as its not a hair dye, it doesnt lift the cortex of the hair to penitrate colour, it just adds colour on the outside of the hair, so it doesnt CHANGE the colour so to speak, it either only darkerns it or it only stays on the same level and just changes the tone.
It is only meant to give it a slight tint and that's it!
As they have given you the 2nd darkest colour, you can DEFINITELY see more of a colour change. I think it looks great on you! But then i thought the espresso one looked great also! ❤ it looks sooooo shiny and healthy. And sleek!
Ive only used liquorice and ebony when i had dark hair and always had great gloss resilts. but i def want to try the chocolate gleam now that my hair is a medium brown. Cant wait! I hope you keep these up x

The bottle says it doesn’t cover greys- I have a few strands in the front but I do think it helped camouflage them a little 😅

@@CheltsieAllen Great review of Glaze, you look awesome. One thing I had to comment on is being that I'm a Southern girl, too and I know I'd get that dye all over the place. I'm surprised you didn't think of it, but next time put on some Daisey Dukes, a bikini top, grab the hose out in the yard and bend over. Be sure your butt is facing the house not the road, we are ladies, after all. Hosing off in the yard is the easiest, cleanest way to deal with dye and skunk. Don't ask.

Interesting that the first time you tried it you didn’t like it but when you were given it free and got to do PR for them you suddenly like it. Funny that.
Think what you want… the second time around the color was darker and worked much better as well as the fact that I was prepared with gloves and the tools needed for a smoother process. You learn from experience so yeah… the second time was much better.
